Our Team

Todd serves as Managing Principal and Co-Chair of Circle Capital Partners Investment Committee. Having transacted more than $3 billion in multifamily investments, Todd directs Circle Capital Partners’ acquisition and disposition strategy, capital structuring, financial analysis, business plan creation, evaluation of ongoing portfolio performance, and analysis of potential sale or property refinancing on cash reserves and investor distributions. Todd’s acumen for identifying opportunistic investments, and his strong expertise in raising equity through various investors enables him to lead Circle Capital into successful ventures consistently.

Prior to Co-Founding Circle Capital Partners, Todd Linden served ten years as the Chief Investment Officer for a multi-billion-dollar real estate company based in Miami, Florida. During his tenure, Todd co-chaired the company’s Investment Committee, which acquired more than 25,000 apartments throughout the sunbelt states and Colorado.

In 2015, The South Florida Business Journal named him one of their Top 40 Under 40 professionals. Todd is a former Board Chairman and 10-year member of the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida. He founded the Foundation’s Make-a-Wish Champions to attract professionals looking to grow their network while focusing on advancing the foundation’s mission amongst a broader audience. Todd also served on Nova Southeastern University’s Young Entrepreneur Council and Board of Directors for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

Todd received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University College of Business with a dual major in Finance and Marketing. Beyond his charitable endeavors, Todd’s greatest passion is experiencing life in its fullest form with his family and friends. Golf, traveling, and food feed his soul.

Richard serves as Managing Principal and Co-Chair of Circle Capital Partners Investment Committee. Richard oversees Circle Capital Investments, Multifamily Transactions, Development Joint Ventures, Portfolio Acquisitions and Platform Private Equity Investments. Richard’s responsibility is the strategic growth of Circle Capital Partners by directing its investment businesses that include acquisitions and development.

Richard has served on the board as Chairman of Inverproperties, a Mexico City-based developer specializing in neighborhood shopping centers, for the past ten years and has participated in developing and acquiring retail and multifamily assets for over 20 years.

Richard holds a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University. He received his BA in Management and International Business from Florida International University, where he serves on the Hollo School of Real Estate advisory board. A native of Miami, FL., Richard is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
